5. SoCal New Home Guide that summarizes all of the New Home Communities in Southern California to help Buyer narrow their New Home search.  Once the search is narrowed, links will be provided with detailed information on Pricing, Floor Plans, Available Homes, Site Location Map, HOA information, Community Amenities, Property Tax information, School Districts, etc.

6. Once the Buyer has identified the New Home Communities of most interest, a Team member will Jointly Visit and Register with  the Buyer at the New Home Communities.

7.  Represent and Negotiate on Buyer's behalf on the preferred home(s) selected, guide Buyer's thru the reservation (deposit) process, Purchase contract and critical stages during the construction process.

8.  If a Contingent purchase, immediately List Current Home For Sale.

9.  Coordinate both transactions.
